Of all the doctors, hospitals, and medical folks I've had and am having care for me Walkertown Family is the most well run of them all both presently and in the past. I think it is more than ten years that they have been my PCP Group. There is no such thing as unanswered questions or feeling rushed or delays in the waiting room or excess waiting time in the exam room nor have I had trouble with follow up appointments that did not fit my schedule. Very well run by the entire staff.

I always have a good experience with Walkertown family practice. Everyone in the office is very kind and I feel heard during my appointments. I know I can reach out if I have any questions or needs to be addressed.

The staff.. upfront..the nurses..and the PA were professional and courtious and it was a pleasure dealing with them..

The staff is amazing, Dr. Ryan is awesome. I wanted to let him know how the medicine that he prescribed is working for me, but in my chart I can't find where to get in contact with him. Other than that I had a great experience.

Ryan, the provider, was incredibly friendly and attentive. He addressed my needs and offered helpful recommendations for the future. The nurse was also welcoming and attentive, and the receptionist was prompt and friendly. The highlight of the visit was the woman who took my blood—she was exceptionally kind and efficient.

Excellent paint care was provided by all staff.

I left feeling like there was a good plan in place to help me get my health back in shape.

Ryan Clayton, PA, went above and beyond to answer questions, get my medication refills, and get an urgent visit with an endocrinologist. We were so appreciative of his attention to our medical needs. He is very personable and genuine.

Every one in that office were so nice. The doctor I seen or the P A.c Doctor. Clayton. Went through everything on my med records. What i need to be awear of. And is going to help me get the needs I need. When I was talking to him he look me in the eyes not lean against the wall. I like him and very proud to call him my doctor.
