I am truly impressed with my new care provider. She is not only warm and compassionate but also thorough in addressing my health concerns. She took the time to order all the necessary tests, ensuring I receive the best care possible. I'm so glad I switched my primary care to her, it's been a great decision.

My appointment with the Dr Linda was 2pm. I arrived 30 minutes early as I was asked to do so to register. I was actually in the room with and being seen by te Dr. at 2pm. She gave me her attention and listened and focused on me and my needs. Very knowledgeable.

I don’t like going to the doctor appointments. But, I feel relaxed going to visit my doctor and interacting with the nurse. They are always so professional and kind to me even when I am a hot mess with my emotions. I thank God for putting great people in charge of my care that is always willing to listen.

Appeal for running late time be made 15 instead of 10.

As with all of my appointments at Novant, the staff and doctors are amazing. My appointment is always as scheduled, no waiting. Everything is always handled in a proficient and professional manner, making an appointment more appealing than upsetting.

I did not go to a PC doctor for over 20 years. I did not want to be talked down to. Dr. A has changed how I feel about doctors. She is personable and acts like a normal person. I have told so many people about how amazing she is.

Dr. Agyapong is fantastic, she genuinely cares for her patients, takes the time to ask questions and makes sure to answer all my questions. I have recommended her to my friends, one of them is now one of her patients. She is knowledgeable and involves me in the decision process of my medical treatment.

I love this providers bed aide manner so much that when I lost insurance and had to stop going to her I was devistated but when I got my insurance back, I came back to her. She is awesome! I love how she took care of me and I love how she still takes care of me.
