Dr Reid is one of the most caring doctors I've ever dealt with . She states the truth about any issues and is always willing to listen. Basically she's a Rockstar Doctor .

Very good, I would definitely recommend Novant and Dr. Reid. I've had a few interactions with Novant, and they've always been positive.

Wonderful experience all the way through. Called for sick visit at 8:15 and they had a 9:00 cancellation which worked perfectly. Such a kind team in this office. Wore a mask in and ended up being Covid positive, so that’s the only bad part. First time seeing Dr Reid and she was wonderful. Wish I remembered the nurses name and the xray tech. Please check if you could and thank them all for me!! Wonderful experience!

When a patient tells the provider about a pain I think the provider should check it instead of talking about it

From the time I hobbled into the office quick check-in and no more than maybe 10 minutes at the most I was escorted to the exam room. The waiting area was clean mostly all the patients wore mask I'm very satisfied with this location and the staff so inviting and courteous.

Nice visit!!

I felt fairly rushed through my appointment, which was disappointing. Dr. Reid was not very personable, and it threw me off. I only have one appointment per year, so I looked forward to a good conversation, but I didn't feel like we could dive as deep into some of my concerns because they're probably considered "status quo." I recognize that doctors see many patients and I assume many of us have similar questions/concerns, but it's frustrating to feel like a "number" vs. cared for in a more humanistic way.

I felt like I was rushed in and out. A general physical should be comprehensive. She did not look up my nose. She did not look in my throat. She didn't check on the conditions that I currently have. It was very cursory. I've never had such a short general physical in my life. I feel that novant doctors are being overworked and rushed and forced to treat us like we're on a conveyor belt. So I am looking for a new physician that will actually take the time to listen and make sure I don't have any issues with my current conditions.

I am VERY Happy with Doctor Reid and her entire staff.

Dr Reid saw my child seemed uninterested to treating him. She didn't recommend any blood work given my child comes from a different country. She seem to rush us out of office. She was not friendly and welcoming.

Without being told, they noted my husband’s anxiety and allowed us to be seen together.

Didn’t really feel a connection with the provider! I expressed my issues and I felt like I was being thrown off to the next specialist without any conversation into my history. There was no communication about why or how the prescribed medication would help me! It was very disappointing as I am looking for a primary physician.
