Dr. Reid is very personable and easily approachable.

I had a very good visit with Dr. Reid. I felt she took her time & listened to my concerns. She asked questions about how I felt about certain treatments. She tried to understand the health concerns I shared with her & provide a possible explanation & steps to take to get answers & clarification. I appreciate that because I want & need to know what is going on & why. I also appreciated her honesty when she wasn't familiar with a topic. I can respect that. I'd much rather a doc state they don't know something vs pretending like they do. Overall, I felt Dr Reid was courteous, professional, understanding & made me feel visible & heard.

I can't praise Dr. Reid's care and thoroughness enough. I DO recommend her any time I can.

She also Rushed me thru the appt. Did not listen to concerns about gabapentin

Dr. Reid always provides options for my care and allows me to make the final decisions.
