This was the yearly Medicare Wellness Visit.

I had asked Ms. VanDyke for referral to have a mole removed from behind my ear. That very day I received a call from the dermatologist's office to set up an appointment if I was still interested in having the mole removed. I have set up an appointment. This is such personally treatment for my concerns! Thank you for your personal attention to my needs!

NP Susannah responded to my concern via MyChart in a timely manner and I was able to schedule an appointment soon thereafter. She is a clinician I will continue to recommend to others due to her compassion and excellent listening skills. Every staff member that I have had interactions with in this practice are always respectful and courteous.

I had not met with Susannah for several years, but she was very aware of my current status and asked about my family as well as my medical issues. I left with a good feeling about the changes that were made in my medications today.

Susannah is a true gift! She always has plenty of time to listen to my concerns and is extremely thorough! Back in February 2023 I was having some medical issues. She told me to get off the virtual appt and go straight to ER. When I saw her yesterday I asked if I could hug her…I got emotional (and I’m not usually an emotional person).
