Ms. VanDyke was just excellent. She listened to my entire story of the problem. She also went onto great detail on some of the findings at the E.D. And was very detailed about the cause of my problem & being aware of it recurring & what to do if it did.

It was overall a great visit.

I've been visiting your practice right out of a year now and I would say this was the best experience by far from front of the house to back of the house. In the past the young lady at the checkout was beyond rude. I felt that Susan had the proper workload and did not feel overwhelmed and could take her time to help me with my issues. I so appreciate everybody.

Annual physicals should be *more comprehensive*. In countries where they have a NHS, the entire body is examined, including EKGs. Why we can't live in a civilized society with a NHS system is beyond me.
