Thanks to a cancellation, I was able to see Dr. Vogler sooner than expected. The medical and customer care are exceptional. It’s good to feel more optimistic that I am finally on the best path to recovery. I would definitely recommend Dr Vogler and his outstanding team. Thank you!

Dr.Tim is very knowledgeable and repaired my shoe orthotic so that it wouldn't rub on the side of my foot. He's very good.

Receptionist very welcoming,felt very comfortable.Vitals done,small talk 5 min wait time for Dr to enter .At ease right from the start.Explained what he was doing,how to care for my feet. Also put in referral for Vascular Ultra sound.(it was completed 05/8/24. Thank you all for your care and your compassion.

The front office environment was much more welcoming and inclusive this time. I was met with pleasant greetings & friendly gestures; dress was appropriate to the clinical setting, professional and apolitical.

I was most pleased with every aspect of my experience at Novant Foot and Ankle. From the time I talked to the receptionist to the CNAs to the doctor, I felt well cared for. I met with Dr. Mourais (not sure of the spelling) and Dr. Vogler. Dr. Mourais explain exactly what happened to the tendon and what needed to be done. Dr. Vogler completed the surgery.
