Dr. Baron explained everything and told me what my could be done and let me decide what I could have done, at my age and in is opinion he didn't think it would be wise to do surgery. I agree with him.

He has a great bed side manner. He broke everything down for me to understand. Layed out how he wanted to approach my treatment. Asked how I felt about it. I refered to him by someone that has been in orthopedic's for 25 years and it was a great referral!
