I love this practice!! Dr. Pena is the best Doctor!

My doctor was AMAZING! However, the receptionist was rude when I showed up for my original app and the doctor was going to be 2 hours late. She did not even offer an apology. I had to reschedule, and that app went wonderful!

Dr. Pena is kind and wonderful.

Dr Pena is the absolute best. I trust her more than any other doctor I’ve ever seen. She does whatever she can to ensure comfortability while also educating and informing based on her expertise. I never feel like she is rushing to get to another patient. She takes her time, listens well, and is super personable! I feel like she tries to relate to her patients and build relationships with them, which is very refreshing. I would recommend her over and over again!

This was the best I’ve ever been treated at a gynecologist. I felt like I was heard with everything I said and asked. this is the first time I wasn’t fat shamed at a doctor. Dr Pena asked me if I had a hard time losing weight and if I wanted resources to get extra help with it. She asked she didn’t just tell me it was happening or just bring up I was overweight and just leave it at that. I really appreciate her bedside manner in all aspects of the appointment. I also felt like I was given all my options for birth control and they were explained to me fully. I felt respected and heard from the moment I got to the office. 10/10

I felt like Dr Pena listened to my concerns, took them seriously, and really cares about helping patients. She gave plenty of time for me to ask questions, explained things clearly, and was very helpful for my situation.

Dr. Peña was AMAZING and I will definitely make her my Obgyn from now on!

Dr. Peña has great bedside manner and is very comfortable with her patients care listens well and is gentle I like her personality and humor I’m blessed to have found her.

The rooms were clean, the waiting area was comfortable. I would have liked for the TV to have been a little bit louder, for the elderly folks to hear also. As soon as I walked into the waiting area, it was very tranquil. From the gentleman who greeted me as I walked in the facility, all went well. I totally love going to 10030 Gilead road. Physician's Plaza.

Dr Pena is one of the best!! She is informative and makes me feel confident in decisions that are made on my behalf. She is also kind, friendly and I have never felt rushed. I also feel comfortable asking uncomfortable questions. Your practice has a good one!! So happy I found her.

Dr. Peña was so personable, gentle, & caring. I’ve had trauma for years with going to gynecologist & held off for years going back until recently because my pain has gotten gradually worse. I’m so glad that I found her because from the moment she walked in the exam room I felt heard. I didn’t feel judged for being in a same-sex relationship nor did she seem annoyed by my history like other providers elsewhere were in the past. She shed some light to some of my pain that I had never pinpointed before & was quick to reassure me that we would do more testing to get to the bottom of things rather than throw pain meds or alternative methods that I had tried before that were unsuccessful

I’ve seen Dr. Peña a few times before due to my previous provider leaving. Each visit previously seemed personalized until my most reason this visit seem rush. The dr was speaking fast and didn’t really seem as helpful as she has been before.

Dr. Peña is not my regular GYN, but I would be happy to see her again. She was very informative and caring, and I appreciated the time she gave me in discussing my birth control and symptoms.

Dr. Pena was very thorough and took my concerns seriously. The care she provided is outstanding.

The medical staff at Ballantyne is great but the front desk is not.
