From the moment I walked in there was issues from check in all the way to check out -my information was wrong , the reason for my visit was wrong, the nurse and my provider(first time I met) was extremely impersonal , I was told by the nurse exact words “ um ugh don’t get mad at me I’m just reviewing the information” talking over me. Not once was I upset with her but I was upset at the fact all my information was wrong after it has been updated by me and my appointments the week prior at Novant . lol. It just worries me how unorganized it is. It needs to be better . As far as the provider , not one concern I had was comforted. I may not get answers that I don’t like but it could of been said in a way that didn’t make me feel stupid- now I have to have a few procedures done that I’m nervous about and I’m just another insurance bill- I’m about to move back to New England, because healthcare sucks around here!!!!

I had a great experience! First time to meet with PA Jennifer. She was very kind. She listened to me! All of the staff were friendly & made me feel welcomed…. Not just a number! I have recommended this facility!

Facility was very clean. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Thomas was very pleasant and was very thorough in regards to my health.

This was my first time seeing Jennifer and I couldn’t have been more pleased. I didn’t feel rushed through the appointment. She had taken the time to review my medical history prior to me arriving. I was asked the same question multiple times. I’m not sure if she was so focused on documenting in EMR that she wasn’t listening to me, or if she simply didn’t remember she had already asked me the same question.

Jennifer did not really listen to what I had to say. She had already made up her mind about what the issue is and seemed to ignore the symptoms that contradicted her diagnosis. I was cut off several times mid sentence and just felt like my thoughts about my own health did not matter.

The office staff and technicians were very courteous. Also I did not have to sit in the waiting room or the examination room for an unusually long time.

I usually prefer to see doctors, not PA's. But Jennifer Thomas was very professional and I certainly would see her again. She was spot on with my diagnosis, and was very clear about my treatments.
