She was very thoughtful, thorough, listened, explained previous procedure and explained what was going to happen moving forward

She did not offer any advice and did not seem to listen to my concerns. I asked for a referral to a nutritionist, and she told me that wouldn't help. When I pressed the Issue, she finally agreed. I have not had any indication that this was done. I told her that avoiding dairy products seemed to be helping lately, and she told me I might benefit from whey protein powder. When I asked "isn't whey derived from dairy?" She dismissed my question. I left feeling left me the visit was a complete waste of time.

Jennifer was outstanding and thorough. Would recommend her to anyone.

Interview with Doctor was thorough and next stage in diagnosis was scheduled and will be performed in approximately 10 days.

My Appointment was at 11:30 and I was seen at 11:30 My check in was smooth and a Thank You for E checkin. Novant Health uses their portal to the max. I can schedule Appointments, cancel appointments, view test results, message for refill for drugs and ask general questions. Well Done Novant Health. I must say my Nurse Practitioner Jennifer was professional, friendly, and very help-full with how we are to proceed. Again my char helped us both see my history and how to proceed.

Total confidence in Jennifer Thomas and our agreed health plan moving forward. Complete faith in diagnosis and appreciated not feeling rushed.

It was a very nice visit.

There was some confusion with my understanding of about my blood work. I wasn’t told to show up to any blood work station. I left waiting for someone to call or text me about an appointment. When this last appointment I was informed that I didn’t have to wait for a prescription our an appointment to be to have the blood work. So I was 3 months behind in that . Also my prescription wasn’t clearer that I had refills waiting for me. I had no notification about that I was to
