Dr Schneider was straightforward, and also managed to be very empathetic, when discussing my health and treatment plan, a perfect mix. She obviously understands what I'll be going through, and covers the pros/cons and what I need to look out for during treatment (what is normal vs not.)

If there were a "beyond expectations ", I would assign all categories that rating! Dr. Schneider was patient and let me tell my story and voice my concerns which really helped manage my anxiety about my current heath issue. She explained all aspects in detail and with honesty. I know I am in competent and caring hands as I begin this journey. I live out of state, so, had an additional level of anxiety about being in an unfamiliar environment when my crisis occurred. After meeting Dr. Schneider, I know being under her care is the best hand fate could have dealt me. I am grateful to be under her care.
