First class facility

I was treated with respect and was not made feel like I didn't matter. Due to my weight people make me feel like I'm disgusting and nasty. But everyone there and throughout this whole process have made me feel like a person who matters. Not once has anyone made me feel bad about myself. They made me feel like I was the Queen of England catering to my needs. From the bottom of my heart I really appreciate that. That means more to me than y'all will ever know. Thank You!??

The staff was very helpful and very kind and understood that I am deaf and they talked clearly and they took the mask off of their face and so I can read their lips

Better communication between the doctors nursing staff and the lab need to be addressed. I waited over an hour because the nurse never told The lab my doctor appointment was complete and I was on my way to my lab appointment and this is the 2nd time this happened to me

I never have to wait at my appointments and even though it is a serious visit, I am made comfortable while I am there. I appreciate that he gets back to me very quickly with the results of my labs knowing that I am anxious about the results. Dr. Robinson and his staff are the best!

Dr Robinson was very thorough concise and informative. He asked me questions that showed that he care and I am more than confident in his expertise and commitment. I am new to this area and very grateful for his service and dedication to his practice and me.

Kat (Dr.Robinson's assistant) was very kind and caring. Dr. Robinson's explanation was very clear and answered all my questions. Exceptional patient care by all.

I am very happy with Dr. Robinson, I drive 5 hours each way so that I can keep him as my oncologist. He is personable, answers questions thoroughly and displays warmth during tough circumstances. I have commented on this before, the staff that rooms and does the vitals and questionnaire are not personable, seem bored and bothered to be doing their job and do not inspire any sort of confidence in the care. Again, this is cancer treatment and stressful it would be nice if all the staff showed the professionalism and care that the doctors and PAs do.

This was my first time in this clinic, i usually travel to Wilmington. I was very pleased with the way the staff and doctor treated and cared for me.

This appointment was different from what I was expecting. I didn't really understand that it was a gynecology appointment. But it was still a good appointment, just a bit more than what I was expecting. Probably my fault as there has been so much to absorb and understand in a short period of time since my hospitalization and release from the hospital.

Medical team were very knowledgeable of my chart and recent exams and diagnosis. Explained a plan for treatment and what to expect going forward.

Questions were answered promptly and satisfactorily, by Dr. Robinson and his attending nurse. Wilmington NC for follow up exams at Zimmer Cancer facility was two hours away by car, and two hours back to Newport, NC. Jacksonville location reduced traveling time by to one hour each way. Many thanks for that satellite location. One problem. No direct phone line. Had to call Wilmington to relay info to Jacksonville location and then phone call back to my phone for answers.

Dr. Robinson and his associates are very skilled in their fields and they always make me feel like my health is truly important to them. You can't ask for more than that...?

I love my care team at Zimmer Cancer Ctr. They are like personal friends and treat me as one of their own. The infusion lab is the same. Always keeps me informed, using care and caution to assure my safety through treatment . Dr Robinson is a very good trustworthy Dr.

Dr. Robinson and his staff were very courteous, very well bedside manners, listens carefully to your concerns, the office was very clean, and Dr. Robinson made sure to tell me that if I needed to go back at any time just to call and schedule an appointment or if an emergency or whatever go to the hospital. I felt very confident with Dr. Robinson and would definitely see him again.

I asked for a copy of the surgery consent document that they made me sign. The NP agreed to give it to me, but I never received it. I legally have a right to receive that, but have not received it!
