Kelsey is awesome. She is extremely nice and listens to my concerns. She is very knowledgeable and is able to give me answers. She really knows her stuff. The whole staff is friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

The staff as always was very professional. They always greet me with a smile and are always courteous. The assistant that removed my staples was very professional. She was clear and explained everything that was going to happen. She removed the staples carefully and professionally. I was comfortable during the process.

There was NO hands on care for me. Not that I needed to have hands on care, but you could have felt of my abdomen, listened to my chest, or something of that nature.

I believe a stat CT scan was ordered and I never heard back from anyone. I waited in the local are for 3 hours and then drive home to Davie County. There should have been follow-up. Very disappointing
