The staff as always was very professional. They always greet me with a smile and are always courteous. The assistant that removed my staples was very professional. She was clear and explained everything that was going to happen. She removed the staples carefully and professionally. I was comfortable during the process.

Kelsey was very understanding of upcoming events in my future and worked with me to resolve any concerns.

This has been a great experience working with all the staff.

There was NO hands on care for me. Not that I needed to have hands on care, but you could have felt of my abdomen, listened to my chest, or something of that nature.

Highly recommend the facility when people ask me about losing weight.

I believe a stat CT scan was ordered and I never heard back from anyone. I waited in the local are for 3 hours and then drive home to Davie County. There should have been follow-up. Very disappointing

It was and has been at each visit, usually good... EVERYONE I encountered was kind, efficient, and helpful. No attitudes, condescension, or haughtiness. That doesn't happen to me very often. It seemed like this is how they are, that it's their standard operating procedure... to treat patients with kindness and give the best care possible. So very wonderful.

Kelsey noticed an issue while we were talking and sent me to get the care I needed immediately. I appreciate her being so caring and observant.

This was a first time visit with this provider.It will take time to get to know her.

It was a challenge to have a conversation with the PA. She talked quite a bit about herself and made me wonder if she had capacity to fully listen to me.
