I lost two sisters in the Novant hospital facility and was afraid to go there again. That was in 2014. But since I have been going back to the Novant facilities I have changed my mind. The personal they have working in the location that I have been to, have been nothing but wonderful, professionally, knowledgeable, patient and care. I don't know what or what has cause this much needed change be I'm thankful it has happened. Please keep up the good work.
