Jessica was an excellent provider. She listened to and responded to my questions and concerns. She was by far the best provider I’ve ive had.

Jessica was prepared for my visit as she brought herself yo to date on my conditions and the symptoms I was presenting. So our visit was to the point, quickly, and a plan was made.

My provider (Jesse) was excellent!

I was recently diagnosed with a fib. She explained in great detail in way so I could understand what the next steps would be what the options would be. I feel very good about my going forward plan. Also, the nurse was very helpful and listened. A lot of nurses these days I think don’t even really pay attention to the patient she was excellent

I know they see lots of patients but i always feel like they remember me and my situations. They are the best!

The one oddity was that the day after the appointment I got a text a voicemail from Novant saying I had missed an appointment. However, I had not missed the appointment.

THIS PROVIDER WAS VERY THOROUGH!

I drive at least 2 hours to get here because I trust the people here implicitly and have never had a reason to doubt the care I’ve received.

Ms. Pagnotti is a spectacular professional. She made me feel safe even though Dr. Dusa has retired. I never felt rushed and walked out with the travel emergency plan for upcoming overseas trip. I couldn’t ask for more.

My appointment was scheduled for 7:30 a.m. and I was somewhat skeptical about whether I would be able to make it to my first period class on time. I was pleased that there was very litte wait time and the check-in was very efficient. Jessica was very interested in knowing how I was managing my Amiodarone regimen and encouraged me to follow up with studies on lung capacity and liver function to be sure the medication wa not affecting me adversely. I believe that someone will reach out to me to schedule these tests, and I will certainly follow through with them. I was originally disappointed that my primary contact would not be available for an appointment until January. Jessica was the 4th person in the your practice that we searched in looking for an appointment time, and she was the only one who had an opening last month. As it turned out, I was very comfortable in meeting with her and I have complete confidence in the advice she gave me.
