Every time I have been to this office everyone has been extremely kind. I have “never” encountered any staff member with an attitude even with the office being busy. Dr. Poole is an exceptional physician! I truly believe she is one in a million. I had some things going on & she went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. She needed to look into a few things before a plan was created. Once she decided what she wanted to do she actually called me at home in the evening (on her own time). That more than proved how much she cares about her patients. She should definitely be commended for a job well done! Kudos to Dr. Poole.

Dr. Poole is an outstanding physician which is because of her clinical skills, but also because she is an outstanding human being. She is such a kind and patient person with stellar clinical knowledge. I was fortunate to get an appointment with her when I moved here and needed a new PCP two years ago. My elderly parents moved here about six months ago and am relieved to know that Dr. Poole is their PCP as well to manage their complex healthcare.

I really felt comfortable with Dr. Poole. I feel hopeful that my current condition will improve under her care and direction. The woman receptionist I think was having a bad day, wasn’t too friendly and was a little snappy; it happens.

First time meeting Dr Poole after relocating here in March 2024.

It would have nice to know that I could have filled out required paperwork on line vs doing it during appointment.

I didn't like that I chose a cost provider when I started working for New Hanover Schools and you guys participated. Now as of Jan you don't. I waited from Aug til Jan for an appt bc the provider was in mater it's leave and u was told bc I picked her in my card I could not see anyone else.

Doctor Poole is very kind and knowledgeable. She knew that I had not been to a primary in awhile since I had been a caregiver and had no time for myself. She and her nurse were respectful of that and did not make me feel bad which was appreciated. She helped make a plan for me for upcoming testing without overwhelming me which I very much appreciated. Dr. Poole provided the most thorough exam. Ordered tests that were necessary. Called the same evening with information from the covering dentist for NHMC. She called in a prescription for me. I received a phone call from her this AM 12/21/23, to ask about the necessary follow up care and to see how I was feeling. I highly recommend this physician. She was compassionate, thorough and very knowledgeable.
