This medical location and the personnel are all Magnificent!! Dr Poole is Absolutely so amazing. Thank you. The very best to all the professional staff.

My only regret is that Dr. Poole is leaving in January. Now I have to start all over again with the new doctor.

Dr. Poole will be greatly missed!

Reception area very nice. Dr. Poole covered all areas, even my dental care! She asked if I felt safe in my relationships. She is very thorough. I know the staff are on tight schedules but it does not show. Dr. Poole seems genuinely concerned with my health. She makes me feel valued as a whole. She lets me know that I can check in with her. She answers my messages. I know I can count on her. I hope upper management treats their staff with respect and doesn't work them too hard so they leave. Please reward good workers with livable wages and maybe Friday donuts or lunch once in a while.

Dr Poole continues to mean so much to our family. She is very caring and takes her time with my 85yr old mother in law and with my care. She is thorough and listens to all concerns.

It is a tremendous relief to have a doctor like Dr. Poole! She actually pays attention to her patient and she thoroughly reviewed blood work results, as well as explained any future needs to maintain good health.

Going through a difficult time with a divorce and abusive situation. My Dr. took extra time to make sure I was ok and, really, the first person to notice Im not in a good place. Hopefully, things will get betterfor me now.

Every time I have been to this office everyone has been extremely kind. I have “never” encountered any staff member with an attitude even with the office being busy. Dr. Poole is an exceptional physician! I truly believe she is one in a million. I had some things going on & she went above and beyond to figure out what was going on. She needed to look into a few things before a plan was created. Once she decided what she wanted to do she actually called me at home in the evening (on her own time). That more than proved how much she cares about her patients. She should definitely be commended for a job well done! Kudos to Dr. Poole.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Poole and I must say it didn't feel that way. She took the time to listen and come up with suggestions regarding my care. Even with doing my exam, she explained every step of the way. Overall, I feel comfortable with her caring for me.

Dr. Poole is an outstanding physician which is because of her clinical skills, but also because she is an outstanding human being. She is such a kind and patient person with stellar clinical knowledge. I was fortunate to get an appointment with her when I moved here and needed a new PCP two years ago. My elderly parents moved here about six months ago and am relieved to know that Dr. Poole is their PCP as well to manage their complex healthcare.

I really felt comfortable with Dr. Poole. I feel hopeful that my current condition will improve under her care and direction. The woman receptionist I think was having a bad day, wasn’t too friendly and was a little snappy; it happens.
