When I first walked through the door the young lady at the desk tried to get me to let her push me in a wheelchair. Then when the nurse called my name and saw that I was having a hard time walking, walked slowly with me. When the doctor came in it felt like I had known her forever. She saw how much pain I was in and immediately set me up for injections. I've never been to a doctor for the first time and been treated with so much respect and courtesy.
