Candice Mitchell is awesome. She always answers my questions about a procedure and asks if I was comfortable having it done in the office. She's a very caring person who makes sure the patient is doing well and will benefit from further care.

I was grateful that Candace listened to my concerns and recommended me to try physical therapy before anything more invasive. I appreciated her honesty while dealing with my issues.

She listened n showed care however bedside manner needs improvement. She also didn't follow our plan of treatment as I was seen on a Tuesday n had to send a msg n call for PT that we discussed. Extremely unprofessional for me, how could u miss this.

While I appreciate being able to get in so quickly, it is also disturbing to feel like I was getting a sales pitch for a stimulator implant. when asking about possible side effects of the implant to my spine i was simply answered with everything has risks and blown off which i did not appreciate.
