About

From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a doctor. I never wanted to be anything else, though I wasn't sure what type of medicine I wanted to practice. I went into medical school with an open mind and found myself drawn to many different specialties as I rotated through them. OB-GYN was my last rotation of my third year of medical school, and I was fascinated from the first day. When I delivered a baby for the first time the next day, I was hooked. I knew that was what I was meant to do.
