I love my Novant PA Courtney Hines. She is one of the best doctors I have had and I have tried a lot of different doctors offices. She is caring and always remembers myself and my husband and shows care and concern for us.

The PA that was looking over me did a fantastic job listening to all of my concerns and addressing every single one of them. I think shes going above and beyond to make sure we get to the root of my issues and take action to start the healing process. The wait times in lobbys have been minimal and it has made for a quick and pleasant experience. The customer service team was proffesional, quick and friendly. It makes for a good start for the visit. The x-ray people were friendly, fast and knowledgeable and answered all the questions i had without seeming frustrated. It only took 25 minutes in total to check in at my primary, drive to the outpatient section of the ER, and get a chest xray. 10/10

While I was waiting in the waiting room I got To hear all the conversations that were going on between the office staff. One lady told the other what her new name was going to be. She is going to have 2 middle names. I also heard a staff member on the phone telling a patient that they did not have any appoints left that day. The. When that staff member hung up she said something like ‘I dont Know what that lady thought she could get an appointment this afternoon she should have called earlier. She is crazy.’ I am 99% sure that it was my mom who called to try to make an appt. It would be good if the front office staff could be more aware if their conversations. Especially when it pertains to patients.
