This was my first meeting with Mary Crichton. I was very very impressed. She listened to my concerns and symptoms, and answered my questions. I felt that I was receiving great care. She expressed concern that my regular pharmacy might not get my prescription filled before they closed at 6 PM and asked what other pharmacy I could use that would be open long enough that I could get the meds started that night. I was very impressed with her.

The experience with the office from the time that I made the appointment, to my arrival and then departure was wonderful. The office staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. The nurse who checked me in was super bubbly, kind and patient. And I'm very thankful to have found Mary for my PCP care, as she was enjoyable all around...she listened, created rapport, was patient and discussed all in detail. I appreciate her style, as she discusses her recommendations and then provides her honest guidance...with "I suggest" or "I highly suggest", not "forceful" as some can be. She also believes in less invasive first, which I most definitely appreciate. Her style of practice has created a trust, I'm grateful to have found this office and Mary. The facilities were brand new as well, so very clean, light and bright. Thank you to all! Cheers :)
