Dr. Deschner, within minutes of my first interaction with him, became like a partner in helping me understand my condition and options for treatment. I truly appreciate his willingness to and patience in listening to my thoughts and questions. As my questions ranged outside of his expertise, he referred me to another specialist to help with those questions. He personally followed up with me by phone after the appointment to further discuss my situation. As further information on my condition became available, he initiated consultation with the other specialist to develop recommendations for my treatment. I feel extremely fortunate to have Dr. Descher as my surgical oncologist!

Dr. December took his time with us to explain possible treatments and the next steps going forward. I liked very much how he explained everything.

Dr Deschner did a great job getting me scheduled quickly after he got the referral. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly along with the treatment recommended. He was patient explaining things and quickly made the referrals for future diagnostic followup and treatment.
