Variety is what led me to become a colorectal surgeon.

It's a specialty that allows me to perform a number of procedures and interventions and to be part of the full spectrum of care - from diagnosis through treatment and follow-up. I love performing outpatient anorectal procedures that can drastically improve a patient's quality of life, as well as abdominal and rectal surgery for cancer, diverticulitis or inflammatory bowel disease, robotic surgery, hernia repairs and endoscopy.
