I have always like the combination of science and working with people. Medicine is one of the few careers where science becomes so personal, so that is why medicine was a logical career choice for me. I see myself as a teammate along with my patients and their families. Laura was thorough and amazing. Listened to my son and addressed him as well as me, read his records prior to entering so she was aware already my son has autism. She went at my son's pace as much as possible a.d even though we were the last appointment, all staff did not try to rush us out
