Mar 2024I can’t thank Dr. Thomas and his medical assistant enough for seeing my sick son when I was late. I was dealing with a domino effect of a sick toddler, a screaming baby and stop and go traffic. I called letting the office know I was late. I’m sure they could hear both of my kids screaming in the background. I inquired what the grace period was. When I arrived I had no idea if I was past my grace period or not and I was fully anticipating needing to reschedule. I could cry happy tears with finding out my sick son would still be seen. I was met with grace. I know my being late caused them to get home late. I work in healthcare as well, so I understand what it means when patients run late. Thank you for meeting me with grace, thank you for treating my son and thank you for hearing a frazzled, concerned mama.
