I had an urgent need for an appointment (blood in stools along with diahreha). I was given an appointment date that was more than 1 month away. I was told to call every day to see if something opened up sooner. Luckily, I was able to get in the next day as there was a cancellation . I now need a colonoscopy to determine the reason for the problem and I cannot get one for another 6 weeks. I think that is unacceptable when you have a priority issue.

The phone call was a great experience and convenient for people that live an hour away. However, the communication before was very lacking. I left multiple voicemails after several failed attempts to get in touch with someone. I left my work number and found that my personal number was still being called. I do not have my phone on my during work hours so it was very inconvenient considering I could never get anyone to answer the phone. Otherwise everyone is friendly and professional, the communication piece is my only concern

I am very pleased with this office and staff. I love how everyone introduces themselves when you check in, when the nurse brings you back, and at check out. The lab tech is wonderful as well!!!! Excellent patient care!!!

The staff there is always courteous and professional.

It took six weeks to get an appointment, and I kept calling to see if there were any cancellations, but they were none. This was extremely frustrating because I did not feel well. The provider should have written down the post visit instructions in the print out. I am supposed to return in three months, but I was not given any instruction is to call if I really wasn't feeling well.

I appreciate the attentiveness of the provider and the advice given.

She spent more time than usual with me
