Comfortable

Becky Lapps provided excellent care during my visit and on many phone conversations over the past 2 months. Becky is never rushed and really listens to my feedback. She has really helped my during and after my recent abdomen surgery. She is persistent in her analysis of my IBS systems and treatment. Becky rightly recommended I stop taking Imodium AD use MiraLAX instead. I highly recommend Becky for her treatment!

I was very impressed with Rebecca Lap. She spent a long time listening to me and she was determined to get to the root of my problem.

It was a little confusing to pick up a home stool test @ check out & I needed to stop by the College Rd office (my home office -efficient and easy)

I had one brief appointment here so far for a consult and it was already one of the best medical experiences I’ve had thus far. The nurse was friendly and welcoming, I felt like the NP actually listened to my concerns and didn’t give me a cookie cutter response, and the lab technician made me feel relaxed. I appreciate this experience so much, especially given the nature of the issues I’ve being seen for it’s hard to feel comfortable. I am hopeful my future care is similar.
