I was very impressed with Rebecca Lap. She spent a long time listening to me and she was determined to get to the root of my problem.

It was a little confusing to pick up a home stool test @ check out & I needed to stop by the College Rd office (my home office -efficient and easy)

I had one brief appointment here so far for a consult and it was already one of the best medical experiences I’ve had thus far. The nurse was friendly and welcoming, I felt like the NP actually listened to my concerns and didn’t give me a cookie cutter response, and the lab technician made me feel relaxed. I appreciate this experience so much, especially given the nature of the issues I’ve being seen for it’s hard to feel comfortable. I am hopeful my future care is similar.

My care team is excellent. Mrs Lapp listened closely, didn’t rush me, and asked many questions. She was truly excellent.

This provider listened to my concerns and answered my questions with evidence/research and understanding. Her approach was highly appreciated, and it was on the day when the system was down due to the national IT issue. If that stressed her out, she didn’t show it!
