Dr. Kannan has been my primary care doctor for many years. I love her professionalism and concerns for my health. She is very knowledgeable and lets you know the latest information on any topic. Dr. Kannan will personally call you about questions you ask in My Chart and discuss or put you at ease about your health concerns. She is truthful about the consequences of your health and very compassionate.

I was there at 3:22 for my 3:20 appointment due to traffic issues. I was called back for wright in, etc less than 5 minutes later. However, the doctor didn't come in to see me until about 4pm! I said I thought you forgot about me. Later, I saw a text sent to me at 3:45pm asking me if I was there, yet! I signed in at the sign in desk or otherwise the nurse wouldn't have known to come get me. smh I guess that's why I was sitting in the doctor exam room waiting until 4 pm for doctor to come see me. The doctor never apologized for keeping me waiting. My 3:20 appointment that's usually 20 minutes or so. Was an hour yesterday with me waiting from about 3:25 to 4 pm to be seen. I guess the doctor thought I was the one causing the delay. Which is why there was no apology. They usually apologize when I am kept waiting for 10 minutes or so.

All staff was very knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs.

Everything were great to me I have no complaint. And Dr. Kannan is always helpful to me so all I want to says is Thank You.

The delays from having the nurse see me to the doctor getting into my room was almost a 25 minute delay which was not communicated to me that there wound be one.
