I highly love and respect Dr.Max Shenin, and NP Katherine L. Russell - Ladd for their dedication to their profession and to medicine. When I came in for my appointment, I was swollen and in great pain. Katherine knew exactly what to do. She also explained that taking ibuprofen with Methotrexate was not wise. She explained why. I was given an injection before leaving. Friday night I slept like a baby. Thank you Katherine for your kindness and your dedication to medicine and to me. God bless you all.

My Nurse who works with Dr. Katherine Russell-Ladd is Monica. I just want to say how grateful I am to have her taking care of me. She absolutely ROCKS, I love her to death. She keeps me straight.

I think my $80 co-pay is too high for this kind of visit, in light that I am experiencing no symptoms, but needed my prescription refilled. I understand it was a Specialist visit, but I saw a PA. (She did what she was supposed to do and was just as knowledgeable for my needs.) And perhaps this is an insurance concern and the awful state our nation's health care is in.

All staff were very professional and courteous.

I had been trying since January to get an appointment but got a voicemail to leave a message for the call. I told the recording I was in pain and needed an appointment asap. No one ever called me back. When I was finally able to walk again, I went into the office and asked why no one ever called me back and the receptionist said they had sooo many people to call back. Not a valid excuse. I finally was able to get an apppointment with Katherine Ladd after I walked in. Someone needs to look into this problem.
