This was my first visit with Katherine. I was very very happy with her. She listened and provided information and advice. I'm definitely looking forward to my next appointment with her. She is a treasure and Novant should treat her as such!!

The provider was great at explaining lab results and what they meant. She also listened carefully to my concerns, previous diagnostic results, and questions. She reviewed my medical record and thought about the information shared to determine next steps for diagnostic testing and further care. I felt that she genuinely cared and wanted to determine the cause of my health problems.

A very positive experience.

I answered "Yes Mostly", to two questions because I had a PT appointment I needed to get to across the parking lot of this commercial complex. But, I know if I have any concerns, Katherine will always answer a message in the patient portal.
