I answered "Yes Mostly", to two questions because I had a PT appointment I needed to get to across the parking lot of this commercial complex. But, I know if I have any concerns, Katherine will always answer a message in the patient portal.

I feel like Dr Ladd views my health as a priority. She was thorough, and she listened to my concerns and answered my questions. She has followed up with me. It's a good feeling to be able to voice my concerns.
