I seen NP Jonathan Lyday. He was so respectful and listened to everything me and my husband told him about my condition. He made a plan and easy directions to follow. He referred me for some additional testing and follow up. He wants to know what’s going on as much as you do. He was understanding to my fears and questions and answered to the best of his knowledge. He’s determined to have me feeling better.

Everyone was nice and polite. I had never seen this provider but he was very helpful about test I had done when he went over them with me. He even told me if I had forgotten anything I wanted to ask him after I got home to let him know and hiw to do that. Thanks for the good visit and I made a appointment to see him the next time I come back.

The NP listened to all of my explanations about my symptoms and is trying to find out what the problem is.
