Long delay from apt time to when I was called back and then seen

Dr Bullard is amazing. Hands down one of the best physicians I’ve ever encountered. Although I moved away a couple years ago, I still travel back home to Dr Bullard for my exams and deliver my daughters. With a high mortality rate among black women during childbirth, I couldn’t imagine anyone beside Dr Bullard (and Dr Thor) in the L&D room. I would recommend Dr Bullard to anyone that’s looking for a caring OB.

Dr. Bullard was incredibly professional but also very personable.

Dr. Bullard displayed excellent bedside manners. She was informative and knowledgeable. She provided illustrations, measurements and used terms that i could understood. She explained a test result to me that I previously didn't quite understand. She ensured that she answered my questions and asked several times if I had further questions. She seemed genuinely caring and concerned about me. She provided me with options regarding my care and I know what to do if I have questions or need a referral. I did not feel rushed and I felt heard. I would return to her and refer others to her as well.

Customer service and bedside manner was excellent.

I felt confident because of all the professionalism and kindness that I received when I arrived on the parking lot to every interaction that I had from all the staff and the atmosphere was inviting. I got all my questions answers. The doctor brought literature to me when she came into the appointment. I am pleased and look forward to my next appointment with the doctor that she referred. I believe that I will become healthier with the each stage from the health care providers and expertise to grow and change. Thank you for a job well done.
