Dr Bullard is amazing. Hands down one of the best physicians I’ve ever encountered. Although I moved away a couple years ago, I still travel back home to Dr Bullard for my exams and deliver my daughters. With a high mortality rate among black women during childbirth, I couldn’t imagine anyone beside Dr Bullard (and Dr Thor) in the L&D room. I would recommend Dr Bullard to anyone that’s looking for a caring OB.

Dr. Bullard displayed excellent bedside manners. She was informative and knowledgeable. She provided illustrations, measurements and used terms that i could understood. She explained a test result to me that I previously didn't quite understand. She ensured that she answered my questions and asked several times if I had further questions. She seemed genuinely caring and concerned about me. She provided me with options regarding my care and I know what to do if I have questions or need a referral. I did not feel rushed and I felt heard. I would return to her and refer others to her as well.

Customer service and bedside manner was excellent.

I felt confident because of all the professionalism and kindness that I received when I arrived on the parking lot to every interaction that I had from all the staff and the atmosphere was inviting. I got all my questions answers. The doctor brought literature to me when she came into the appointment. I am pleased and look forward to my next appointment with the doctor that she referred. I believe that I will become healthier with the each stage from the health care providers and expertise to grow and change. Thank you for a job well done.

I've been seeing Dr Bullard for almost 10 years. Saw her for both of my pregnancies and everything before, during and after. I have moved 1.5 hrs away and still make the drive to be seen but her because I feel safe and well taken care of. I cannot trust any other practice to care for me as promptly and carefully as Rankin obgyn! Worth the travel any time. Thank you to all the staff and Dr Bullard for always putting their patients as their top priority!! 10/10 I wish all my other providers/specialists were this phenomenal!

This was my first visit. Dr. Ingrid Bullard was kind, compassionate, and actively listened to me. I am super impressed and plan to continue my care with this provider.

Provider was extremely respectful and asked the right questions and gave me great, necessary information and excellent care. Answered all of my questions and was patient, I never felt rushed. I’m a transgender patient and the doctor was considerate of this and while it seemed they were unsure or nervous about what to say at times it was all well intentioned and still appeared to be based in some experience or research including transgender patients and their care and overall made me feel more comfortable knowing I had a doctor who would keep these things in mind and actually was considerate of how it made me feel. I was also walked through a procedure I had inquired about and was able to express my concerns and was given options to remedy them. I have frequent panic attacks in procedures that require me to sit still or feel invasive and expressed this and was offered an option to help with pain, an easier operation, and to relax me and was also fully informed that the option would require a driver which I appreciated knowing. A common experience I had is being treated in a very reserved way around any medication or being treated like I’m drug seeking despite no history of drug use but I did not have this experience here, I felt respected and like my concerns were taken seriously and that the doctor was genuinely trying to improve my quality of life.
