Dr Rubery was the best. He was very patient, listened to all I had to say and was very understanding and polite. He was very personable and friendly. I feel very comfortable being in his care. I have recommended him to a couple of my friends who are experiencing the same issues I am due to how kind he is. He is the best and I am so grateful to have him as a provider.
