The best thing about this visit is seeing an actual physician.

Walked in and told us flu, covid and an unnamed virus was common at this time. Checked breathing and decided it was a virus. Did test for flu that was negative. He had 103 fever which she was not concerned with told us we would just have to "deal" with it by giving Tylenol but on the plus side he was creating immunity. We did not get proper care or help he screamed for hours before taking him to another doctor due to the high fever which was then diagnosed as Covid along with the start of an ear infection.

Dr. Nayak is always very attentive to concerns I have had and provides very good care. She is the reason why we continue to be with Novant Health.

Dr Nayak is very good at engaging my child and helping her to gain confidence when speaking to her doctor about her health and life in general.
