I felt like my words were important and that I was being heard. Provider was caring and sincere and I appreciated that.

Dr was very thorough. She explained everything and made sure I understood.

She took the time to listen, not rush to judgement, and let me explain what happened from my perogative, and the steps I was already taking to get back on track.

I was worried that Dr. Jain would not be willing to do a more comprehensive thyroid panel when I requested it (I've had other doctors refuse in the past), but she was more than willing. She did indicate that she doubted it would give her much information that she needed, but she said she would order the full panel if it made me feel better.
