Everyone from the lady that checked me in to the person who brought me back and checked my vitals to the PA and the MA in the office with me the answered all of my questions.

Very pleased with visit but forgot to ask question's on what the name of my medication injection that would be prescribed to me.

My experience was great . Check in was easy and quick , it was nice and clean . I wasn’t even waiting in the waiting room but for like two minutes top before Tarya took me back . Melissa and Tarya both listened to me and made me feel comfortable. Everyone was very professional but yet down to earth and understanding and sweet .

I could not have been happier with my experience. I asked a lot of questions about skin care and anti aging routines as well as makeup and they were more than happy to help me with those challenges too! 100% recommend

Melissa Wriglesworth was very attentive and listened as I described my needs. She was cognizant that a previous medication had been discontinued and that I needed a different one and prescribed one that was cost effective since I recently changed from my husband’s company’s insurance plan to Medicare. She and her nursing assistants made me feel like my condition mattered and that I was in good care with them. They even made sure that information was recorded for me (in case I didn’t remember specific information) and that if I had any issues with acquiring/using the new medication, that I could call the office and I could request something different.

An all around great experience. Melissa took her time with me, listened to and answered all my questions and gave me a personalized list of skin care I should use.

Excellent care! Team effort by all! All my questions were answered and Melissa provided excellent care! I highly recommend this practice. With all the changes in the medical community it was like a breath of fresh air to be treated like a person and not a number to make the doctors quota for doctor patient ratio! Medical care needs to go back to the doctors and out of the hands of management!

My experience was good!

I was taken in quickly and the PA came in and did my excision quickly while explaining everything to me.

I was a bit nervous because I had a SK growth (non cancerous) on my face and I wanted it removed. Because it was on my face I was concerned with pain during the biopsy procedure and the potential scarring. Melissa was WONDERFUL! She numbed me so it wasn’t painful and it took only seconds for her to complete the procedure right there and send it off to the lab. Her nurse Taryn(?) was awesome too! GREAT TEAM.

Again a great place to receive care and professional staff that take their jobs seriously. A good atmosphere, friendly patients in the waiting room. So thankful to be in the presence of people who care and make me feel better about helping me with my health issues. NOVANT is a great place for your health care. Thanks!
