Provider lacked personality. Assessed my injury and offered solutions. Hesitant with suggestions for the next step (MRI). Over 1 week later, still waiting to be scheduled for MRI after sending message in my chart and asking staff to follow up. Felt like just another patient but no personal touch and poor follow up.
