I went for a redo hernia surgery or one that didn't go well prior to seeing Dr. Hooks. He assured me & I was confident in him that he could take care of my hernia this time. I greatly appreciated the frequent communication throughout my visit. The providers listened to me and only because of that do I now finally feel better. They fought to get me in to the surgery I needed immediately.
