I greatly appreciated the frequent communication throughout my visit. The providers listened to me and only because of that do I now finally feel better. They fought to get me in to the surgery I needed immediately.

The doctor took the time to make sure I understood what she was talking about. I was given papers that also explained a lot. They were very polite and helpful.

Lisa was amazing. In fact, there were two Lisa's that I saw. So refreshing to be treated with respect and have questions answered.

It couldn't have been better. I felt confident in the care I was given and in the answers to my questions. Lisa W is very personable, as is the nurse, whose name I think is also Lisa.

I will give my opinion that two staffing the check in area is not enough. I watched each visit as these ladies are doing all they can but they need someone to help them. The staff are doing excellent work and should be commended and rewarded. The entire staff does a great job.

My visit after surgery was good I feel that they can be a little more sympathy for you when taking off bandages and pulling drainage tubes.

2 appts were changed due to weather & Dr called for emergency surgery-not a problem at all for me. Saw Nurse Practitioner for my appointment-I was extremely pleased with her attention to detail and experience. I feel confident that I got a very good exam and would ask for her again if I need another appt.
