I met Caitlin for the first time and she was very nice and helpful. Dr Ward is very good and guided me in the right direction.

Dr Ward and his nurse listened carefully, showed compassion, explained everything in detail, and were very friendly. I feel secure in their care and trust them with my upcoming surgery. Everyone at the facility was so nice, from checkin to checkout. It was a remarkable experience.

Dr. Ward and the entire Novant team have consistently been so compassionate and genuinely caring regarding my care and recovery, even 3 years past my surgeries. I am grateful for the level of care I have received.

Dr. Ward did a total knee replacement a couple years ago and this most recent appointment was a follow up for that in addition to discussing my other knee being done. Dr. Ward assured me by answering all the questions I had and told me to keep in touch next year with regards as to any deterioration of my quality of life having to do with the knee in question. Dr. Ward displays the upmost professionalism.

Appointment very long. That is an exception for all other visits. Felt my needs were addressed. Everyone was courteous and well informed. I definitely recommend Dr. Ward, medical staff and office staff.
