Dr. Spencer and his staff remember me, know me and my family, situation, health care needs, etc., and always make certain I get my questions answered but still keep me in my sometimes hectic schedule. Dr Spencer takes the time to LISTEN and is thoughtful with his treatment- doesn't just prescribe- he also describes why he is treating as he is. He is warm and positive as is all his staff. And he takes my concerns seriously.

All in the office are professional and focused on you from the time you enter till you leave. Doctor listens and answers all questions. Happy with this practice.

I often feel rushed or that the doctor’s time is rushed. Dr. Spencer is excellent at reviewing things and asking questions. He’s great about answering my questions as well but sometimes if I make him aware of something new that I’m experiencing, the protocol seems to be that I need to make a new appointment to address the new ailment unless it’s pertinent to the current appointment. Other than that I have absolutely no concerns or complaints. I truly enjoy meeting with my doctor and his support staff. Really good people.

I moved to the north side of Greensboro. I regard this office and provider (Dr. Spencer) worth the drive to 400 Jonestown Rd. I’m always pleased and feel like I’m in good hands there. I’m listened to, I’m cared for, I’m a person and not just a medical record number.

Very little wait time. Staff easy to talk to and professional. Dr. Spencer is easy to talk to, has a wonderful manner, and I trust his judgment concerning my recentt medical issue. I never feel rushed.

I loved Dr Spencer and he better not retire on me. He was nice and caring. Him and his nurse was very respectful. I felt safe and cared about. I will be referring him to to my friends and co workers.
