Dr Sebastiano was absolutely the kindest medical professional I have consulted with. She listened attentively and gave me clear instructions and details for the recommended treatments - including disclosing the optional treatment's risks and restrictions - and let me make the call on taking the optional method or not. I felt comfortable, safe, and heard.

It was a wonderful experience and I know I left knowing that everything was fine. The Dr. treated me with respect and answered all my questions. Will return and refer her to my family and friends.

The front desk was incredibly kind, not just to me, but all the interacted with while I was there. The doctor/PA was kind, thorough and listened. She also explained things in an easy to understand manner while not “dumbing” it down too much.

Everyone was professional thorough but wanted to point out the exceptional quality of the front desk women. You’re fortunate to have those women setting the tone for your patients.

I was so impressed with the staff and provider I saw. I was wearing a face mask due to having a cold, and each provider that entered the room asked if I wanted them to put on a mask. I didn't need that, but the gesture was very attentive and thoughtful.
