It was a "new patient exam", so I was instructed not to ask about any concerns. I would need to schedule a separate appointment.

My Novant practice had closed, so this was a new selection for me. So glad I am coming here.

I don't know why there are not "excellent" scores. Sonia was significantly better than "very good": She was patient, attentive. Listened to my concerns, discuss any other concerns. When she mentioned having a procedure/biopsy done, she explained in detail, and was thorough in assessing and asking if I had questions. She provided answers, pictures, explanations and the like. A true gem in the healthcare space. KEEP HER, PLEASE! She's a rare practitioner: good bedside manner; knowledgeable; takes her time, and REALLY cares about her patient.
