Appointment was professional and very knowledgeable.

The doctor had reviewed my chart before our session and was ready to discuss my needs. She thoroughly gave explanation to what my condition was about and the needed care. A great experience!!!

My care giver was very caring and knowledgeable about my case. She never made me feel rushed and listened to my concerns. She also gave me a plan to follow if my condition returns.

I've been going to this facility for a long time. Everyone is very professional and kind.

At the front desk is where I had a problem. The receptionist called out the name of my injections in front of people in the waiting area that wasn't being seen. It didn't have to be mentioned period. And she knows that. That particular receptionist laughs at me. During visits run the cameras.

The staff was courteous and was willing to assist me with any concerns I have. Will follow up in 3 months.

Dr. Sommers was very nice and had a wonderful staff. She was informative and said to call or come anytime with any questions or problems.

The enthusiasm of this fine doctor to find out what was the cause of my years’ long battle with my foot rash is ost positively trust inspiring. I am feeling quite secure that she will find out all about it but especially what it is!

Always makes you feel like you belong as soon as you walk in the door. Greets you with a smile and common courtesy always and even the PA is great and easy to talk with and answers any questions I have.

I was very please with my initial visit as my answers indicated. I look forwarded to having all my care address by Dr Sommers .

The news about my condition was not what I wanted to hear but was given to me with compassion and regret that they couldn't help me solve the problem and only continue to follow the regime I have been doing to make sure it doesn't bet worse.

Easy visit, in and out and well cared for.

Overall my experience was great. No complaints of nursing staff or PA. I did feel that the staff member registering me upon my arrival did not address my concerns, or even attempt to, about being automatically charged a copay without verification of my benefits. I was told it was automatic for new pts even if insurance did not require. Even when I requested if they could verify, I was told simply she could not. I was then left with the task of having to go through the trouble of requesting a refund.

The entire team is second to none.

Visit met expectation and was able for the first time to schedule an appointment 6 months out.
