She understood everything that I had going on.

I personally can't ask for better care & treatment when I go to my appointments , from the time I arrived & walk through the doors , from the nice lady at the door with the wheelchairs & the ladies behind the desk to my check In , blood drawn & my care nurses , every single person is on point , this was great hiring , training & personalities is on point , it's nothing negative to say
